Jetson TX1 wifi does not show SSID at 5.8Ghz

Is there a way to configure Jetson TX1 to connect to wifi channel 161 (5805Ghz)
Currently it does not list any SSID at this frequency.

Hi rkiskum,

TX1 only support those WiFi channels we list on doc which been certificated.
The channel 161 (5805Ghz) is not supported.
May I know why that’s mandatory for your use case?

Thank you for the answer. We need to use the higher channels as they are available in our setup. Is there a way to enable these channels.

FYI, it is regulatory, and thus it can’t be changed.
