If anyone knows what could be going on, help would be deeply appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi,
For reference, please share the release version by executing ‘$ head -1 /etc/nv_tegra_release’

A general cause of reboot is overheat. Please run tegrastats and check if temperature of certain hardware blocks goes to high value.

Please also try to dump the serial console and see if you could see the error log right before the system reboot.

BCCPLEXWDT -> Looks like it is triggered by the wdt (watchdog timer).

I have this:
$ head -1 /etc/nv_tegra_release

R28 (release), REVISION: 2.1, GCID: 11272647, BOARD: t186ref, EABI: aarch64, DATE: Thu May 17 07:29:06 UTC 2018

Hi WayneWWW:
Is there some detailed information or documentation to explain the meaning of “BCCPLEXWDT” “MAINSWRST” and “NIL_OR_MORE_THAN_1_BIT”?

Hi,

The information of this should refer to the pmic datatsheet. However, generally such issue may be triggered by many kind of reasons.

It could be the power or thermal issue if your device went a sudden shutdown.

  1. Could you share what kind of application/program you are using?

  2. How frequently does this issue happen?

  3. Could you running the tegrastats with your program simultaneously and share the last value observed before shutdown?
