Jetson TX2 Module abnormal reboot

Hello,
We encountered a very low probability of restart issue with the TX2 module, and found that the pmic reset reason is 0x10 when checking the startup log.

Could you please tell us what might be the reason?

Are you using the devkit or custom board for TX2?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

We use custom board and the version is jetpack4.5.1 (L4T 32.5.1).
Is this problem likely to be a software or hardware issue?

It means triggered from power cut(HW) rather than triggered from SW.
