Jetson Xavier AGX - OS install error

I’ve downloaded all packages for NVIDIA Jetson Xavier on Ubuntu 20.04 and here are errors

SUMMARY: File System and OS - target_image: First Error: Cannot extract TAR file. File is already extracted

I was try download file one more time . Same error . Please help.

can you try to flash with the flashing script?

Hello , after manual flash i was run sdk manager and install JetPack witch no Jetson_Linux option. Everything was fine . Thank you :)
