Jetson Xavier NX's fan not working and jtop says fan is disabled

Hi,

I’m using Jetson Xavier NX.
But it’s fan is not working. jtop says its fan is DISABLED.
I tried to change files under /sys/devices/pwm-fan but they don’t exist.

I don’t know how to fix this issue.
Please help me.

may I know which JetPack release you’re working with,
please check $ cat /etc/nv_tegra_release for confirmation.

hello sei23,

it should be JTop utility did not upgrade to support l4t-r34.1.
please try another tool, there’s userspace fan speed control daemon, nvfancontrol, it manages fan speed based on the trip point temperatures configured for the selected profile.
