Kubuntu 23.04 driver install from "additional drivers" version jump from 525 to 535 causing screen stuck on black screen with command prompt

Upgrade to 535.86.05 FROM 525.125.06 causing black screen with prompt,
sometimes solution is to switch to second TTY (Ctrl+Alt+F2), sometimes hard reboot with new driver

Downgrade (which works) 535.86.05 TO 525.125.06 runs smoothly, even KDE, asking me to make restart!

Please, someone do something with it, since i know trick to run second TTY (it didnt work first time), but for someone without ANY knowdlege of linux would wait 2 days with black screen command prompt.
