-lcudart not found while running Deepstream-L4t - samples container

Please provide complete information as applicable to your setup.

• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU) Jetson
• DeepStream Version 6.0
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only) 4.6 (rev 3)
• TensorRT Version 8.0.1

Few days ago I could run and download Deepstream-L4t - 6.0 samples container.
When I tried to download a new samples container and run yesterday, I got the following error while doing make in Deepstream-test1

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lcudart

Request help in resolving the issue

Can you provide the complete commands before the error happens?

I first use docker run --it --runtime=nvidia nvcr.io/nvidia/deepstream-l4t:6.0-samples to create and run a container

Inside the container I navigate to /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream-6.0/sources/apps/sample_apps
/deepstream-test1 and then do the following

sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev libgstreamer1.0-dev
libgstrtspserver-1.0-dev libx11-dev

After this I will run the Makefile present in the deepstream-test1 directory. I have attached the Makefile for your reference

I get the error after running the makefile
Makefile (1.0 KB)

DeepStream samples docker (contains the runtime libraries, GStreamer plugins, reference applications and sample streams, models and configs)
sample container does not contain environment building DeepStream applications.
