Lighting conditions simulation

Hello,

Does anyone know how to accurately simulate real lights in Omniverse.
For example, if a want to simulate a 31,1W Lamp, which intensity should it have?

All lighting in RTX is done in Nits. 1 Nit is equal to 3.426 lumens. With the exception of the distant light which is lux*pi at the receiving surface

So for example if you wanted a 60W light bulb, that would be 700 lumens, or 204 Nits
