Linux/Xorg: Nvidia GPUs don't send video signal to the monitor if the monitor was turned on after the a PC was woken up from suspend

I had this with 3 different nvidia cards on multiple linux distributions. This bug makes the PC unusable if the user relies on visual clues(starting the terminal, using the “systemctl suspend” command and then waking the PC up again helps but it’s crazy).
