I attempted a repro by:

  1. Installing pinnochio using ./python.sh -m pip install pin
  2. Cloning your FR3 repo (GitHub - BolunDai0216/FR3Env)
  3. Paring down your script to a more minimal form that doesn’t require the fr3_usd lib.

This is the script I ran:

Sorry for the confusion. Using the code I provided in this thread, I was also able to load the pinocchio robot. However, there were many errors in the command line output (which did not stop the execution). If you can help me understand how to resolve the errors that would be great!

I did create a separate thread where I mentioned the issue of not being able to load pinocchio robot and a URDF simultaneously (Segmentation Fault after creating Pinocchio robot). I would also appreciate it if you could take a look at that thread!

With my simplified version of your script, I am not able to reproduce your errors on a clean build of Isaac Sim 2023.1.0

If you have a script I can run that reproduces your error on a clean download of Isaac Sim 2023.1.0, I can attempt to dig deeper.
