Minicom cannot connect to any of ttyUSB ports

That’s my ttyUSB devices before and after connecting target to host:

I was trying to connect to all of them and I am always getting this output($ sudo minicom -D /dev/ttyUSB1):

The “shell>” never pops up and I am not able to enter any command.

I tried DRIVE OS Linux but I was not able to determine ttyUSB number.

Is this your first time trying this? Have you ever connected successfully?
Please see if information in Accessing the SoC from UART helps. Thanks.

Thanks a lot, I do have Hardware Flow Control on, and that was the case.
