Is it possible to take 2x mipi csi input from the expansion header of jetson nano development kit ??I need a total of 4 x mipi csi camera.

you cannot, please also check Jetson Nano Developer Kit User Guide for the details of pin description.
you should access Nano Product Design Guide , Jetson Nano brings twelve MIPI CSI lanes to the connector.
it’s possible to have sensor configuration of…
a) 3x quad-lane camera, or,
b) 2x quad-lane + 2x dual-lane camera streams, or,
c) 1x quad-lane + 3x dual-lane camera streams.
