Multi Camera in CSI Port

Is it possible the jetson nano is compatible with a CSI camera splitter board such as the one linked here: Raspberry Pi Multiple Camera Solutions: Adapters, Multiplexers, and Projects
?

Or are there any other options for a multi CSI camera input to the single CSI port on the board?

Nano can support to 5 camera 2 lanes cameras.

Nano’s design only can support 4 cameras. (one quad-lane camera and three dual-lane cameras)
