No color with material

Hi, I found that I cant have any color with materials.
And the example here is mock_robot_rigged, I tried and post another forum before, no one gives a f.
Officials or anyone please help me.

Is “Disable Materials/White Mode” enabled?

Can you start isaac sim with the command line argument --reset-user which should reset all settings
