Hello.
I have a new PC with core -i7 14700F and GeForce RTX 4060 TI. I installed ubuntu 22.04 and nvidia-driver-535-server by GUI driver installer. After installation I ran nvidia-smi and got an error no devices were found.
Secure boot disabled.
I’ve read threads with similar problems, but haven’t found a solution.
What should I do?

thanks
I had exact same thing recently. I had to remove cabling and take GPU out. I let it power down for about half an hour, pop it back in and connect power, and it was found straight away.
Before you do that, what do you get from:
sudo lshw -C display - I
and
dkms status
sorry for the delayed response. I can’t handle the PC on the weekend. Here the output for the command
sudo lshw -C display

The gpu fails to initialize
[ 4.992157] NVRM: GPU 0000:01:00.0: RmInitAdapter failed! (0x25:0x40:1468)
Please try reseating the gpu in its pcie slot like @allan.ryan mentioned. If that doesn’t help, it’s broken, check warranty status.
Unmount and remount the GPU doesn’t work for me and change to other PCIE slot it’s same. I try to install it to windows OS and install the GPU driver, it makes the GPU fans stop spinning. Right, the GPU is broken.
Thanks for the support.
