No devices were found when using Tesla A100

I`m currently installing nvidia driver for A100, But when I use ‘nvidia-smi’ to check, it says no devices were found
My os is ubuntu16.04, and version of driver is 450.51.05
I would be really grateful if anyone knows anything to my issue.
