No display output in text mode after Fedora 36 upgrade

I’m using the latest stable driver (510.68.02). I’ve tried both manually installing the driver via nvidia-installer and using the RPM Fusion packages.

After upgrading to Fedora 36, whenever text-mode should be displayed, video output ceases entirely (Monitor displays “No Signal”). This includes switching to and from ttys from a desktop environment (tested GNOME and KDE Plasma) and pressing a key during the graphical boot that displays the Fedora logo.
The issue also occurs if I boot into text mode by setting the systemd default target to multi-user.target. The computer isn’t frozen, and switching back to the DE works (display output continues as normal).
