Hello, I’ve followed the steps in this post: Virtual Workstation on AWS (Ubuntu Linux 20.04) — Omniverse Nucleus latest documentation
but I get an AWS error at building the stack. Is it deprecated?
Thanks in advance.

Can you give me the exact error please ? Maybe a screenshot as well.
It might be worth noting that I could successfully set up the Windows AMI, so it seems that the issue isn’t with my AWS account.
Sorry but That is not an Omniverse error so you would need to contact AWS tech support.
Hi, I don’t think it is an AWS error, because I was able to setup the Windows virtual workstation. I’m contacting AWS, but can you please confirm you can create an Ubuntu Virtual Workstation following the steps here? Virtual Workstation on AWS (Ubuntu Linux 20.04) — Omniverse Nucleus latest documentation
Alright I will try to find out more information on this error message. If you have a screenshot of the moment this error occurs, that would help too.
In the graphic you have sent it says “Not Authorized for Image”. It seems you have a permission problem. I would certainly check with AWS. Until the Omniverse Image gets created, it is really hard to support you on a Omniverse forum. This is still too early. This is an AWS problem.
Thank you very much for your help. It really seems something is wrong with the AMI link provided here Virtual Workstation on AWS (Ubuntu Linux 20.04) — Omniverse Nucleus latest documentation, because I was able to create a Windows machine with the same disk and GPU as the Ubuntu workstation and the AMI provided here https://docs.omniverse.nvidia.com/nucleus/latest/enterprise/cloud/cloud_aws_vdi.html . Can you confirm you can follow the steps to launch the Ubuntu AWS Workstation? Or is there someone else I can reach out to confirm this steps work? Thanks!!
OK I’ve asked the engineers and the first thing they notice is you’re using a really old version of Ubuntu. In fact, we don’t even believe that AWS support this vision anymore. So you would need to update your vision of Ubuntu to the latest version supported by Omniverse, which I believe is 22.04.
