Nsight Eclipse Edition (NOT) included in CUDA 5 Toolkit?!

After installing the CUDA 5 toolkit (cuda_5.0.35_winvista_win7_win8_general_64-1.msi) I can see the visual profiler (nvvp.exe) installed, HOWEVER, I can’t find Nsight - as if is not a part of the toolkit, there is no trace of Nsight on my computer.
did I do something wrong? I think installing cuda toolkit is pretty straight forward.

Nsight Eclipse Edition is only available on Linux and Mac OS X platforms.

For Windows a Visual Studio Edition of Nsight is available from the we website I pointed to. Since CUDA development under Windows requires Visual Studio, that seems like a good match.
