Nsys vs nv-nsight-cu-cli

What are the differences between those two tools, nsys and nv-nsight-cu-cli?

If I understood correctly, both are for profiling from the CLI, but what one provides that the other doesn’t?

nsys is the command line interface for Nsight Systems which supports system wide profiling.
nv-nsight-cu-cli is the command line interface for Nsight Compute which supports kernel profiling. Note that the Nsight Compute CLI command is renamed from nv-nsight-cu-cli to ncu.
