NVDEC Supports HEVC Tiles?

Hi,
I’am working on a video streaming application, which requires decoding and encoding the video on a server that has GPU : Quadro P5000.
Can somebody tell me if NVDEC supports decoding tiled HEVC stream on the above GPU.
