Nvidia agx orin Backup making mirror burning to another device, mirror burning successful, boot failure

I set up an orin environment and tried to clone it to another Orin, but ran into a storage mount failure with the most basic flash.sh usage. So the backup method was used, but still encountered the problem as shown in the figure, the two methods in the backup and flashing the process of no error. However, after the flash, reset the Orin, unable to complete the normal boot.

Hi,
If the device cannot be flashed/booted, please refer to the page to get uart log from the device:
Jetson/General debug - eLinux.org
And get logs of host PC and Jetson device for reference. If you are using custom board, you can compare uart log of developer kit and custom board to get more information.

If possible, we would suggest follow quick start in developer guide to re-flash the system:

And see if the issue still persists on a clean-flashed system.

Hi,
We would suggest use latest Jetpack 6.1 and follow developer guide to validate it on AGX Orin developer kit. It is supposed to work fine to execute the steps one by one on developer kit.
