I apologize in advance but I’m using a translator: the thing is this: 2 days ago I bought a PC with an RTX 5070Ti graphics card, I have the latest driver installed and I can’t start the Nvidia Control Panel, I tried following the instructions on the internet, YouTube, reinstalling and nothing, when I start it it just flashes and nothing happens, I have 3 monitors and now I can’t use them as one, I’m using Win 11, would there be any tips?
