Nvidia driver, NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-535.129.03.run, installation failed on ubuntu 22.04

Update on this issue: The latest update to Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS with kernel version 6.8.0 is not compatible with Nvidia driver 535.129.03. Instead, download and install the driver version 535.216.01.
