Can't load nvidia driver(3090ti) in ubuntu22.04 lts

  1. I reinstall ubuntu 22.04 LTS
  2. sudo apt-get install {nvidia-utils-525-server}
  3. reboot machine
  4. nvidia-smi, and show that
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

Ubuntu kernel version is 5.19
