has anyone got success accessing dsx-air? I create login and when i click activate trial to keeps saying
"A business email address is required to sign in to Air. Please use your company or organization email. request_id: 8d981d07-53820!
In spite of me entering the my office email address.
All i need some hands on infiniBand network to prepare for NVIDIA-AIN
My account (org: Sinanmilo) is stuck in a login loop and has 0 vCPU limit after free trial activation. Already emailed air-support — just posting here in case someone can help faster.
Got the same problem before, it seems that the 0 vcpu bug is fixed(at least it no linger happen to me now), but now it just says it’s out of capacity and cannot start any stimulation(even one onlybused 2c2g wont start… there’s truly nothing left)
I am experiencing 0 vCPU error message too. Have been trying to restart my simulation the whole day unsuccessfully. Already email support. I can’t even start a simulation with a single switch.
