I am experiencing an immediate logout loop when attempting to log into the NVIDIA DSX Air platform (://nvidia.com). Yesterday, I successfully claimed a free trial using my institutional email address, but today the system logs me out automatically two seconds after a successful authentication.
Please note that harsht@iitbhilai.ac.in is my official college academic email address from the Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai (IIT Bhilai).
Upon checking my NVIDIA NGC Profile, I noticed that my account is currently categorized under an INDIVIDUAL organization type instead of an Academic or Enterprise context. I suspect this mismatch is blocking my access to the Air simulation environment.
Could you please assist me in verifying my academic domain and updating my workspace context so that I can access my trial environment for my university work?
I logged in day before yesterday and I was able to log in and also claimed my free trial but now I am just getting redirected again to log in page
