I answered the first question. It’s really short, so I write it here too:

Go to Control Panel and uninstall:

  • NVIDIA Frameview SDK
  • NVIDIA PhysX

Thanks for all the answers. Uninstalling only NVIDIA Frameview SDK solved the problem for me.

Open the control panel, uninstall the FrameView SDK that already exists on the computer, and delete the C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\FrameViewSDK folder.

I am facing the same issue. Did u resolve it. It is very painful to setup GPU.

I tried all solutions and then found out that my problem was speed of internet connection so I should download local version of cuda not network version
