NVIDIA Quadro 1000M 2GB > 4K?

Hi,

I have a DELL Precision m4600 laptop with nVIDIA Quadro 1000M.

Could someone tell me, if there’s a way I could connect a 4K monitor to it, and use them simultaneously?
