Nvoglv64.dll crashes (572.16 RTX 3070 TI)

ThreadedRenderingVk from Nvidia’s own application crashes at __nvkglWaitVkSemaphoreNV(vkSemaphore); with

Even though the app is a Vulkan app, it uses OpenGL interop and the dll is opengl related.
This is an old app and it has been working fine until now.
