ON1 - 2023 ERROR in nvoglv64.dll

Hi community,
I’ve purchased the ON1(2023) software and I can’t started at all. After some emails with them no solution was found. They said that my laptop use the primary video card instead of the high performance nVidia video card, but they are wrong. I analyzed the crash .dmp file and there is an issue of the memory management in the nvoglv64.dll.
