Does Jetson AGX Orin support OpenCL? If not, what are the options?

The OpenCL may work on Orin but we would suggest direct CUDA programming to get max performance.

Am I correct in assuming that OpenCL is not included as a part of L4T or JetPack SDK?

Correct, there is no OpenCL in the JetPack SDK.
Actually, we do not do any test with it.
