Orin directly boots from UFS/eMMC

we are working on the same intention as this post:

I am asking whether it is possible to let Orin directly boot from eMMC or UFS, instead using QSPI NOR as an intermediate boot device?

There is no hardware interface for eMMC and UFS on Jetson Orin NX. So not possible to do this.

sorry, I didn’t mention, it is Orin AGX, for automotive system, is it possible to enable it directly boot from eMMC or UFS?

Are you asking for Jetson Orin or you are talking about Drive platform…?

maybe we can try firstly on Jetson Orin board, We purchased from amazon, see its possibility, then we see if we could port to our product level?

There is no support for this on Jetson.

so, we must directly work on our product levell? remove Qspi and let the system boot from eMMC?

You cannot do this. The QSPI is in the Jetson module.
