Orin NX 8GB C9 can not get PCIe #C7/#C9

We have add “num-lanes” to dts

	pcie@141e0000 {
		/*
		 * C7 x1
		 */
		status = "okay";
		phys = <&p2u_gbe_0>;
		phy-names = "p2u-0";
		num-lanes = <0x01>;
	};
	pcie@140c0000 {
		/*
		 * C9 x1
		 */
		status = "okay";
		phys = <&p2u_gbe_1>;
		phy-names = "p2u-0";
		num-lanes = <0x01>;
	};

but sudo dtc -I fs -O dts -o extracted.dts /proc/device-tree and “num-lanes” not changed.

We get UPHY config correct or not ?
