Hi

Some questions to confirm:

  1. Is your Orin NX using a Orin nano development board or your custom carrier board?
  2. What is your host pc ? Our host pc requirement is ubuntu 20.04 running on a physical machine not a virtual machine (e.g. WSL, VirtualBox, VMware)
  3. could you share the result with this commands
ls Linux_for_Tegra/tools/backup_restore/images

Thank you for your reply. This problem has been solved.
The issue was resolved after downloading Overlay_PCN210361_PCN210100_r35.4.1.tbz2
