Orin nx flashing issue

I am trying to flash orin nx 16 GB with custom carrier board . I have flashed it earlier with JP 5.1.5. It was working. But now whenever I try to flash it, it gives error like this:

So, I downloaded image again and tried flashing, now it gives another error:

I have tried with different carrier board and different cable as well.
