Are there plans to support a hybrid illumina short-read + PacBio DeepVariant calling mode? It is currently available using Google DeepVariant, I’d be pretty interested in getting it to run on Parabricks too.

The hybrid mode support in deepvariant is not on our list right now. Please let us know if this is an important feature for you so we can plan accordingly. Also it would be really helpful for us to prioritize between different requests if you share more information on your use cases.
