Passed Instructor Certification but Still No Access nor a Reply

I’m hoping someone can shed some light on my situation. I recently passed the instructor certification interview for the Bootstrapping Computer Vision Models with Synthetic Data. workshop (email confirmation attached). However, my account still lacks instructor access. I have no instructor materials, no access to the instructor portal or any dedicated support channels.

To make matters worse, my support requests seem to be going unanswered. I’ve reached out multiple times through various channels (email, this forum) with no response.

Is this a common experience? Could someone from NVIDIA please acknowledge my case and let me know if it’s being worked on? I’m eager to start contributing as a certified instructor, but this lack of access and communication is a major roadblock.
