Systemctl status:
Failed to query NVIDIA devices. Please ensure that the NVIDIA device files (/dev/nvidia*) exist, and that user (nvpd) has read and write permissions for those files.

Please make sure that secure boot is disabled.
Solved, that was the problem. Disabling Secure Boot worked. Thanks!
