Photoshop plugin not exporting DDS files correctly

Hello,
Whenever I attempt to export a DDS file through photoshop (save as copy>DDS), It will save the file, but the file is unreadable and displays no image properties in file explorer. Sorry if I’m missing anything obvious, I am rather new to this whole thing.

For anyone looking for this in the future, I solved the problem by exporting with the “BC3” preset, instead of the default “BC7”

I will now add some tags to help the google search analytics.
War Thunder, Camo, Skin, photoshop, .dds’ not found
