I have been using a barrel jack adapter 10W 5V 2A with a Jetson Nano. When I connect a camera to USB 3.0 port, the power LED goes off and the screen turns off. Any suggestions on change in settings that would help me in working with Nano smoothly?
Hi Donzer, you may wish to try a barrel jack adapter capable of delivering more current - see the 5V⎓4A supply listed in this thread. When you plug in the peripheral, it is probably drawing more power than your supply can deliver.
In the meantime, you can try running your Nano processor in 5W mode to see if that helps. Run this before plugging in your USB camera:
$ sudo nvpmodel -m 1
