Jetson Nano boots from micro USB but not booting from barrel jack

Good day,

I purchased a switching power supply with 5V 4A out put. I plugged the power to the barrel jack after placing the jumper (J48) near the camera port. The device is not booting up. The green LED near the micro USB port lights green but I don’t have any image.

If I remove the jumper and power the device using micro USB port with a 5V 2.1A power supply, it boots up and works fine.

I appreciate your help.
