We would like to use the Nvidia ORIN AGX in the vehicle and integrate it into our 12V onboard power supply. Can anyone recommend another power supply? We would like to replace the 230V SFX power supply.
Thank you very much for your help!

For AGX Orin 32GB devkit, we have provided sample nvpmodel power modes for 15W, 30W & 40W; for AGX Orin 64GB oroduction module, we have provided sample nvpmodel power modes for 15W, 30W & 50W.
AGX Orin devkit DC Jack support 7V to 20V, if use 12V, power supplier to DC Jack better have 80~90W capacity, detailed depending on peripheral equipment requirement which attched on AGX Orin.
hi @JimWang! Thanks for your reply. Maybe there is a misunderstanding. We would like to operate the DRIVE AGX Orin with the vehicle power supply. Which DC/DC SX converter can you recommend for the usage?
Jetson series products designed to use on desk, need dedicated designed power supply system with voltage monitor, current limit and reverse polarity protection to use KL30 vehicle power, not aware any ready made adaptor could do that.
Automotive system normally have battery protection ideal diode controller like LM74700 between KL30 and embedded system.
How would you recommend using the Nvidia DRIVE Orin AGX inside the vehicle, where we have a 9-36V power supply? Can you recommend any SFX power supplies?
Thanks for your help!
We don’t have any verified solution, customer need take care of this on their own.
We are facing the same doubt. Did you find/tested any possible solution?
Thanks and Best Regards!
