Hello everyone,
I’ve started using Linux Mint recently and tried to customize my GPU configuration by creating an xorg.conf file.
I’ve just executed sudo nvidia-xconfig to create the conf file.
But just creating it makes all my games freeze at startup ; I’m forced to reboot from tty1 and can do nothing else.
Erasing the conf file fixes the problem but I don’t really know why as I’ve not even modified settings from the generated conf file, meaning the default configuration would make all games crash (which doesn’t make any sense).
I’ve attached the generated file to the post. I don’t see any problem on it imo but am trying on the forum if maybe someone has a better eye than I do. Thanks a lot for your help !
