Problem installing GPU driver on Ubuntu 16.04

Hi,

I did install Ubuntu 16.04 with 4.15.123 on my notebook Acer NITRO 5 AN515-55-59MT with a GTX 1650ti.

However cannot install the Nvidia driver properly. I cannot see any driver on Software&Update>Additional Drivers and when I try to install the nvidia-430 or lower and reboot with ppa, I got a login loop or freeze.

I could not find any solution on the internet and I hope to find here.

The kernel that comes with 16.04 is much too old to support your cpu and igpu. Pleas install a more current distro.
