Changing power mode to MAXN or using jetson_clocks doesn’t fix this issue. I think this error is not from linux.

Are you using the devkit or custom board for AGX Orin?

Do you connect any SPI master device and use Orin as SPI slave?
Please also share the full dmesg on JP6.1.

I’m using custom board. And I have already pasted full dmesg log from JP 6.1. This error is visible only on uart and it is not visible on ssh when I’m connecting to device.

It seems the log you shared in original post is from JP6.0 (5.15.136-tegra).

Please share the full serial console log when you are using JP6.1 with the error.

I’ve checked this error messages with internal.
These message are harmless and will print only for 10times.
We will remove them in the next release, please just ignore them currently.

I notice issue with flashing via sudo ./flash.sh custom-board nvme0n1p1. Because when I flashed it with this command it doesn’t update rootfs on nvme storage unless I remove everything from nvme and leave only one partition.

It is an invalid flash command to me since you should use initrd flash for external NVMe SSD.

It seems not relating to original issue about “SPI-SLV: EPL Handler Failed to send SW-Error report to SMCU!, retrying…” messages.
If you have other issue like flash/booting, please help to create another topic to discuss in details.
