Redhat 6.6 Hangs druing boot after loading nvidia driver

I have a new cisco c460 M4 with a grid k2 card installed. After I install the NVidia drivers for the K2. The system goes though the normal boot process and then hangs at a particular service and does nothing. I can boot to init 3 and everything works fine. It looks like it is hanging starting X or loading the NVidia driver. If I uninstall the driver it boots fine after that. I have added the nouveau black list and the black list to grub with no changes. The built-in card is a Matrox graphics card. This is the first time I have dealt with a Headless card like the K2. Does anybody have any ideas on why it hangs and doesn’t boot.

Thanks

Are you installing RedHat as bare metal, or in a VM?
