Request schematic for AGX Developer Kit around USB Debug area

Dear Nvidia,

Our USB debug port broke. We were going to replace it with another USB port component which we presume is the same model. Unfortunately, in the desoldering process, the pads were damaged. Rather than risk further damaging the board, one of our colleagues suggested to externally connect the wire to the new double USB port. In order to do that, we would need to know which SMDs connect to which pin for the new USB/Reserve port. May we request the schematic of the area around the USB/Reserve port for the AGX Developer Kit?

Some added information, the AGX still runs perfectly fine when we power it on. However, our only way of turning it off is to switch the power button on the power supply module off.

Alternatively, is there another way to connect to the Aurix TTY without using the USB port? Furthermore, is there also an alternative way to flash the Tegras without using the USB port?

Dear @aulia.widyaputra1,
Are you using DRIVE AGX Xavier devkit?

Yes. The DRIVE Xavier/Pegasus dev kit.

Dear @aulia.widyaputra1 ,
Is it DRIVE AGX Xavier Devkit or DRIVE AGX Pegasus? DRIVE AGX Pegasus will have an additional dGPU compared to DRIVE AGX Xavier.

I am checking internally about support in this issue as opening Devkit is not recommended.

Dear @aulia.widyaputra1,
Could you share the picture of broken part and pads damage?

DRIVE AGX Pegasus. The model with the extra dGPU.

Unfortunately the Devkit is already open. The debug/reserve USB port has already been removed. But because some of the pads are burnt, we’re trying to figure out the best way to connect the new double USB3.0 port.

Dear @aulia.widyaputra1,
We can not share the board schematic and also we can not repair the board as the repair cost will be huge for this case.
