RTX 5060 laptop Linux Mint with nvidia-driver-590-open acpi error draining battery after power off

Hi, I have an HP Omen 16-ap0033ns with RTX 5060 and I am using Linux Mint 22.3 with nvidia-driver-590-open drivers. BIOS and firmware are updated. The problem is NVIDIA log report shows NVRM: testIfDsmSubFunctionEnabled: GPS ACPI DSM called before _acpiDsmSupportedFuncCacheInit subfunction = 11. I believe this is causing battery draining when I power off my laptop from linux mint (if I power off from windows, there is no battery draining issue), I tried to install propietary version of the nvidia drivers but these didnt work at all. I tried to downgrade using 580 and 570 open drivers but same problem. Any help?
