Runtime Power Management Support in Driver

While digging into the D3 state troubles on my laptop, I noticed the following in the driver change logs:

- Runtime D3 Power Management is now enabled by default on supported
notebook systems with Ampere or newer GPUs. ...
- Added initial experimental support for runtime D3 (RTD3) power
      management on Turing notebook GPUs.

Turing cards are never mentioned again re:RTD3. Is support still “experimental” for these cards?
